Tuition and Fees Rates

2017-2018 Rates (approved 1/17/2017) (please scroll down to view 2018-2019 rates)

Tuition:    

  • Part Time Kindergarten Students (8-12:20 M-F)--$3,200.00
    • or $320.00 per month, if paid on the 10-month plan (12-month plan is not available)
  • Full Time Grammar School and Kindergarten Students--$4,800.00 per year 
    • or $480.00 per month, if paid on the 10-month plan
    • or $400.00 per month, if paid on the 12-month plan
  • Full Time Upper School Students--$5,000.00 per year
    • or $500.00 per month, if paid on the 10-month plan
    • or $416.67 per month, if paid on the 12-month plan
  • Part Time Upper School Students--
    • 2-hour-per week class--$400.00 per year
      • or $40.00 per month, if paid over 10 months
    • 5-hour-per-week class--$900.00 per year
      • or $90.00 per month, if paid over 10 months
    • 10-hour-per-week class--$1,600.00 per year
      • or $160 per month, if paid over 10 months

 

Application and Registration Fees:  Within each family with children enrolled full- or part-time, the Application Fee for new students and Registration Fee for returning students for the school year will be as follows:

  • First Child: $250.00 if paid in full by May 31, $300.00 if paid in any part thereafter
  • Second and Subsequent Children: $200.00 if paid in full by May 31, $250.00 if paid in any part thereafter 

*If registration fees are not paid in full when first submitted, a minimum payment of 1/4 of the fee, if first paid in February of the preceding year, or $75.00, if first paid after February of the preceding year, per month is required until the fee is completely paid.  Failure to make these monthly payments results in your student not having a reserved spot in his or her class until the payments are current.

 

Consumable Books and Supplies Fee:  Each student will be charged $300 for the cost of consumable supplies, workbooks, art & science supplies, etc.  This charge is made in addition to each family's responsibility to provide the supplies listed on each year's supply list for each child in attendance.  If payment in full is not made by the first day of school then a minimum of 1/6 of the annual fee must be paid each month from August through January until the fee is paid in full. 

 

Testing Fee:  Each family will be charged $65 for each student in the family who is tested.  Not all grades will be tested, but all students tested will be charged.  If payment in full is not made by the first day of school then a minimum of  1/6 of the annual fee must be paid each month from August through January until the fee is paid in full.

 

Field Trip Fee:  Each student will be charged $100 for the school year.  In the event that there are unbudgeted field trips, families will be charged for those as they arise.  If payment in full is not made by the first day of school then a minimum of 1/6 of the annual fee must be paid each month from August through January until the fee is paid in full.

Late Fee:

Any tuition or fee payment not submitted by its published or otherwise agreed upon due date will incur a $50.00 late fee.
